Why We Like This Place

Interested in a barn wedding in a picturesque countryside? Spring Hill Manor in Northeastern Maryland offers that and so much more. Stone pathways, a pond, and stunning vistas set the scene, while a garden accented with an eclectic mix of metal sculptures, antique farm gear, and country memorabilia provides a charming backdrop for wedding photos. But the historic 1840s bank barn really is the main attraction: This weathered structure even has a curved wooden staircase, perfect for a dramatic entrance!

Fees & Deposits

A $2,000 deposit s required to reserve your date and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $4,500–5,900. Pricing increases as the available dates are diminished in each calendar year.  If you would also like to schedule your rehearsal dinner at the farm you may do so for an additional $500.

Availability

Two weekends in May; all weekends in June; all weekends in September and the first two weekends in October (and sometimes the third weekend in October). No weddings are scheduled in the winter months or the summer months as the site is not equipped with heat or air conditioning. Only one wedding is booked per weekend. You have the afternoon prior to your wedding date for your rehearsal, and you have the entire day of your wedding for ceremony and celebration—until midnight.
