Why We Like This Place

Quiet Waters Park is really three venues in one: Breezy waterfront ceremonies are right at home at the South River Overlook, while the O. James Lighthizer Gazebo offers greener pastures. Another ceremony site is the private formal garden at the Blue Heron Center, complete with Victorian fountain. Blue Heron Center can also be rented for wedding receptions using your choice of caterer.

Fees & Deposits

A non-refundable security deposit of $350–500 depending on the season is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. Rental fees for the Blue Heron Center range $850–2,100, depending on the season and the day of the week. The non-refundable security deposit is included in the total rental fee. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is also required 30 days prior to the event. Other event sites are also available.

The O. James Lighthizer Gazebo and South River Outlook can be rented for ceremonies only. The rental fee for 2 hours ranges $100–240 depending on the day of the week and the site reserved.

Availability

Available for 8 hour blocks on Monday and Wednesday–Sunday, between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Call for details.
