Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding weekend or a snazzy reception for 200 of your favorite people, the Gramercy Mansion Bed and Breakfast is a stunning choice for Baltimore brides. Built in 1902 by Alexander Cassatt (brother of famed American Impressionist Mary Cassatt), this Tudor estate is set on 45 acres, and is conveniently located in the Greenspring Valley Historic District.

Fees & Deposits

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 3 months prior to the event. Basic rental fees range $2,000-5,000, depending on event date, and include the use of 5 public rooms, plus the terrace and lawns. Receptions last 4 hours, plus 2 hours for caterer setup and 1 hour for cleanup. 15 60” round tables, one 8’ table, and 150 Chiavari chairs are also included. Ceremony setup fee is an additional $300.
