Why We Like This Place

As its former owners would certainly attest, the Ceresville Mansion was made for entertaining. This historic 9,000-square-foot mansion has seen countless glittering events since it was built in 1888, including some roaring Prohibition-era parties. Now open to the public, it offers couples a range of options, from a high-society reception in the Grand Ballroom to a more casual outdoor event in Ceresville’s 10-acre meadow.

Fees & Deposits

Ceresville Mansion’s rental fees range $750 for a Thursday reception to $7,500 for a Saturday evening event. The rental fee includes tables, chairs, place settings, linens, and exclusive use of the mansion for up to 200 guests. Dance floor, votive candles, cocktail napkins, standard buffet equipment, 7 hours of event coordination, mansion set-up and clean up are also included. An additional reception hour may be purchased for $500.

The ceremony fee is $500, which includes rehearsal & ceremony coordination, sound system, and ceremony chair set-up.
