Guest lodging contribution
Wedding pricing is comprised of a rental fee and a lodging fee.
The rental fee is $15,000 off-season (November–February) and ranges $28,000–32,000 in-season (May–October). It includes:
- Exclusive use of the venue from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon
- Commercial catering kitchen, walk-in cooler, and catering service tent
- Sailcloth tent with stone floor, lighting, and potable water service
- Farm tables, Adirondack, cross-back, and club chairs, farm tables, and bars
- Private beaches, decks & terraces with fire pits and lounge furniture, lawn games, swimming float, bicycles, and more!
Three guest houses can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests. All 26 suites must be reserved for weekend weddings, with a fee that ranges $500–950/suite per weekend.
