The Ballroom’s soaring interior extends 124 feet—about a third the length of a football field—with walls and floor sheathed in gleaming taupe marble. Pilasters inspired by the Vatican divide a series of towering 20-foot windows reaching from halfway up the walls to the coffered gold leaf ceiling. They flood the interior with light and showcase the city’s skyline.
