Fees & Deposits
50% of the nonrefundable rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. The rental fee is $2,000 and includes exclusive use of the grounds. The fee is $1,000 for a ceremony only, and $1,500 for a reception only.
Availability
Year-round, daily, 10am–10pm. Discounted rental fee if the property is vacated by 5pm.
