Fees & Deposits
50% of the nonrefundable rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. The rental fee is $3,000 and includes exclusive use of the grounds.
Availability
Year-round, Saturdays only, 9am–9pm. Discounted rental fee if the property is vacated by 5pm.
