Fees & Deposits

40% of the food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your date. A portion is due 90 days prior to the event and the balance is due 3 days prior. Rental fees range $600–7,500 depending on the day and time of the event, guest count and the space rented. Meals range $48–130/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
