Fees & Deposits

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 3 months prior to the event. Rental fees range $109–244/hour depending on residency and rental classification (nonprofit, private or commercial).

Hard alcohol is not permitted at this site, but beer, wine or champagne are allowed when served with food.
