Description
Fresh and unpretentious, the North Ranch Center is an appealing special event alternative. It is located just a short drive from Westlake Village’s "downtown" area, tucked against the forested foothills of the Santa Monica mountains.
Visitors are greeted by a manicured lawn accented with seasonal blooms, and sun-washed stone walls topped with a red-tile roof adds historic flair to the clean, contemporary façade. Guests enter the building through a vaulted, sky-lit porte-cochre fringed with greenery. The entire facility has been tastefully redesigned, and like the rest of the center, the foyer boasts stacked stonework trimmed in mahogany and skylights that bring in a natural glow. Framed botanical prints perfectly complement the space’s muted earth tones accented with spring green, and add to the welcoming mood of relaxed sophistication. Use the foyer as a pleasant gathering spot for the social hour or to house the buffet.
Foyer doors open into the banquet room, where a similar color scheme and décor, as well as several novel upgrades, contribute to its appeal. Down the center of the ceiling, skylights are interspersed with a trio of hand-forged candelabra-style chandeliers. Each of these whimsical creations is surrounded by interconnecting iron circlets that give them the illusion of sparkling celestial objects. At one end of the room, stacked stone towers flank a fountain urn, highlighting framed art work of nearlytransparent fossil leaves. On the opposite wall is a proscenium stage, set off by more stacked stone, gleaming wood-tone flooring, and custom cast iron handrails along the stage steps. The banquet room also boasts a wet bar finished with warm, rich wood, and a full kitchen concealed behind it.
This beautiful banquet room connects to the outdoors, where a sun-filled terrace that runs the length of the building affords guests an opportunity to appreciate the balmy breezes and mountain views. Decorative stone walls completely enclose the patio, ensuring privacy whether you use the space for mingling, an al fresco cocktail party, or intimate ceremony.
The Center allows you to personalize your event with your choice of caterer, and the office staff will happily assist you in selecting one to meet your specific needs.
The rental price for the Center is surprisingly affordable for such a nice venue and prestigious area, and includes tables, chairs, dance floor and set up. The North Ranch Center delivers a polished simplicity that’s just right for couples who crave a tranquil, refined celebration.

Fees & Deposits
For weddings, a $500 security deposit is required to book an event. The rental fee for the Oak Room, which ranges $1,300–1,700 (depending on the day of the week), is due 30 days prior to the event. Customized fee structures for meeting rooms are available. Prices start at $150 for the small rooms and range up to $1,000 for the Oak Room.
