Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due a week prior to the event. Rental fees range $1,000–12,000 depending on the day of the week, your guest count and the time of year of the event.

Year-round. Both day and night time hours are available, with amplified sound allowed weekdays from 6:30pm until 6am, and all weekend long.
