Fees & Deposits

A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance will be split into two payments: The first payment is due 180 days prior to the event date and final payment is due 60 days prior to the event date. The balance is due 7-10 working days prior to the event. Rental fees range $500–1,000 depending on day and time of the event and space rented. Meals range $18–50/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. Offsite catering also provided.

Availability

Year-round, daily, 7am-12am. Additional hours can be added to the standard 5-hour rental time slot for an additional charge of $400/hour.
