Fees & Deposits

50% of estimated food, beverage and rental charges are required to reserve your date. The balance is due one week prior to the event. Rental fees range $200–1,000 depending on the space rented, day and time rented, guest count, etc. Meals range $25–75/person. Tax, alcohol, and a 20% service charge are additional.
