Description
For both large and small special events and weddings in the Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear region, the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa can’t be beat. This 173-room, full-service resort occupies a prime location along the lakeshore, and offers numerous possibilities for outdoor ceremonies and stylish indoor receptions.
You can take your vows on the wood deck in the hotel’s Lakeside Lawn Area; the towering pine trees that flank each side of the deck and the panoramic backdrop of blue water and tree-covered mountains make it a spectacular spot. The adjacent diamond-shaped lawn can be set up with theater-style seating or used for outdoor receptions. Indoor reception options include the Lake Arrowhead Ballroom and the Lakeview Terrace Room. The grandeur of the Lake Arrowhead Ballroom, with its well-appointed detailing, makes for a stunning reception. The Lakeview Terrace Room has warm tones and glass doors that open to an outdoor terrace, which has a fabulous view of Lake Arrowhead.
The Lake Arrowhead Resort can accommodate weddings and receptions from 30 to 300 guests, but what makes it unique to the area is its staff’s ability to provide full-service catering and coordination for large groups. If you’ve got a long guest list and a penchant for the clean, alpine environment of Lake Arrowhead, look no further.

Fees & Deposits
For weddings, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Half of the anticipated fees are payable 3 months prior to the event; the balance is due 4 days prior. Rental fees are: $1,500 for the Lakeview Terrace Room and $2,500 for the Lakeside Lawn on Saturdays. Rental fees are discounted on non-holiday Sundays and Fridays. The fee for the Lakeside Lawn area includes white chairs, carpet aisle runner and choice of wedding arch or arbor.
Wedding packages start at $36/person for luncheons or $52/person for dinner and include: champagne and sparkling cider toast, butler-passed hors d’oeuvres (included with dinner package), 3-course meal and wedding cake. Taxes and service charges are additional. A complimentary guestroom for the bride and groom is provided with more than 50 guests, and group discounts for overnight wedding guests can be arranged.
For meetings or other business functions, prices vary depending on room, guest count and services selected; call for more specific information. There is an on-site audiovisual company that can accommodate most AV needs.
