Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Site fees start at $4,900 for up to 100 guests. Additional guests run $10/person, up to 150 maximum. The site fee includes use of the site for the wedding and reception and use of the site for the rehearsal dinner for the bridal party. The site fee also includes a two-night stay in three luxury rooms (six guest maximum) and gourmet breakfast and, later, hors d’oeuvres for the up to six guests staying in the rooms onsite.
