Fees & Deposits

If your date is more than 6 months from the date of booking, then 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. At 6 months prior to the event, the balance of the rental fee, together with a $500 security and damage deposit are due. If your date is 6 months or less away, 100% of rental fee is due at the time of booking. Rental fees range $1,900–2,200 depending on the day of the event. If you use the preferred caterer, meals range $35 – 55/person. Tax, alcohol and a service charge are additional. There is an additional fee if you do not use their preferred caterer.
