Fees & Deposits

A $2,500 deposit required for weddings; 50% deposit of estimated balance due 6 months and balance due 10 days before event. Rental fees range $1,100–2,500 depending on whether you book your ceremony at the location in addition to your reception. Meals range $48–65/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
