Fees & Deposits
50% of the room rental fee is required to reserve your date. The site fees range $1,500–10,000, depending on time of year, day of the week and spaces rented. Extra guest room rental fees may apply depending on event package purchased.
Note: Bar services must be provided by Dawn Ranch Lodge. Outside caterers are allowed for an additional fee, but must be selected from a preferred list and contracted with separately. Please call for details.
