Fees & Deposits

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $109–274/hour, depending on residency and rental classification (nonprofit, private or commercial). A facility attendant fee and kitchen fee may apply. Call for details.

A certificate of liability insurance is required. Note that the only beer and wine may be served.

Hard alcohol is not permitted at this site, but beer, wine or champagne are allowed when served with food.

Year-round, daily. 8am–10pm Sunday–Thursday. 8am–1am Friday and Saturday.
