Why We Like This Place

Nestled against the foothills of Mt. Diablo, Crow Canyon Country Club offers both challenging recreational facilities and tastefully designed spaces for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, parties and business events.

All functions take place in the Clubhouse, a versatile group of rooms surrounded by a championship eighteen-hole golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts. Large parties can be accommodated in the Mark Twain Room, the Country Club’s main dining area. The windowed east side of this room overlooks the golf course and a spectacular view of Mt. Diablo. For added flexibility, a stage and hardwood dance floor are located in the center of the room.

Smaller groups are comfortably accommodated in the Jack London Lounge, a section of the Mark Twain Room. And for more intimate functions, such as a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or corporate meeting, the Eugene O’Neill Room provides a private and sophisticated retreat. It, too, has a dramatic view of the Diablo Valley.

Among Danville’s handful of special event venues, the Crow Canyon Country Club stands out because it offers a wide range of services. Whether you have an informal affair or a sophisticated soirée in mind, this is one facility that can handle it from start to finish.

CEREMONY CAPACITY: The Club holds up to 250 guests outdoors and up to approximately 300 guests indoors. Many options are available, including larger capacities. Call for details.

EVENT/RECEPTION & MEETING CAPACITY: The club can accommodate 10–300 seated or 15–500 standing guests indoors.

Fees & Deposits

Non-member room rental fees range $250–1,700 and food and beverage minimums range $7,000–13,000 depending on the day and time of the event, and space rented. Food service is provided; catered events require 7 days advance confirmation of guest count. Approximate per person rates for in-house service: breakfast $11–18, luncheon $18–26, dinner $28–42, and buffet stations $34–42. Customized menus are available. Alcohol, tax and a 20% service charge are additional.
