Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee and a refundable damage deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $500–2,500 depending on the day and time of the event, guest count and the space rented. Newly renovated spaces include the Garden Courtyard and the Barrel Room.
