Description
Since opening its doors in May of 1996, Coyote Hills Golf Club has generated considerable public interest. And it’s not just the links that have attracted a following—the versatile clubhouse and lovely setting have fast become popular for all types of events. Fundraisers, theme parties, anniversary celebrations and golf tournaments (naturally) have all been hosted here, and the club loves to accommodate wedding receptions, too.
Large events are held in the Vista Falls Room on the upper level of this modern stucco, brick and glass building. Tastefully designed with exquisitely styled Japanese lamps and a lofty ceiling paneled in polished maple, the room has an uncluttered beauty. Plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of the inspiring landscape spread out below: acres of green hummocks, footbridges, sandtraps and a creek that flows into a lake. The room also overlooks a waterfall, one of the course’s more amazing features. This man-made, two-tiered water cascade is particularly lovely at night when illuminated by lights. Four sets of double doors open out onto a long terrace, which runs the length of the room. Here, you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or sweet evening air and listen to the music of the falls.
When you reserve the Vista Falls Room you also have access to the clubhouse bar, located next door in the facility’s restaurant. Airy and inviting, the restaurant is a big octagonal space with creamy walls, tropical plants and sunlight pouring through an eight-sided skylight. And like the Vista Falls Room, it’s blessed with large picture windows which offer a panoramic view of the fairways. If you’re planning a small meeting or wedding reception, you can have it in the Vista Pointe Room, another octagon-shaped space with windows overlooking the waterfall. Great for ceremonies, the Vista Pointe Room offers all the visual benefits of the Vista Falls Room, just in a more intimate space.

Fees & Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated event total. 50% must be received six months prior, and 100% of the final estimated balance is due 15 days prior to the event date. Wedding packages start at $59.99/person and include 1 hour of hors d’oeuvres service, punch, champagne toast, seated meal or buffet, cake, choice of linens and parking. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
Availability
Special events and business functions, year-round, daily, 7am–1am. Wedding receptions are held Friday evenings, Saturdays 10:30am–3:30pm or 6pm–11pm and Sundays. Social events are allowed a 5-hour block and meetings an 8-hour block.
