Fees & Deposits

A $300–1,500 deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $500–15,000 depending on the day and time of the event and the space rented. Meals range $25–80/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
