Fees & Deposits

A $500–$1,000 refundable security deposit and 50% of the rental is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 15 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $500–$2,000 depending on the type of event and the space rented.

Year-round, daily except Friday. Weekend hours: Saturday 1pm–midnight and Sunday all day.
