When it comes to special event sites, Bayside Pavilion is in a class by itself. Whether you’re planning a formal seated wedding, a special birthday party or a bar/bat mitzvah, or you’re just looking for a place to dance the night away, this new facility should top your list of locations to consider. With its superb sound and lighting systems, fabulous dance floor, and first-rate catering and beverage services, it can handle any special event with ease and panache.
The features that make this venue unique are apparent the minute you walk inside. On your left is a magnificent grand player piano that can be programmed to play customized music. But it’s the cushioned wood dance floor that is the heart of Bayside Pavilion in more ways than one. Occupying 3,000 of the 10,000-square-foot facility, its glossy expanse will inspire even the most left-footed guests to take a whirl—and dancing is just one of its many uses. You can host a cocktail party, or have your ceremony and seated reception here, too. A control center near the dance floor operates the theatrical and effects lighting, state-of-the-art sound system, and ultra-modern media including digital, MP3 and video. There’s also a 100” diagonal retractable LCD screen, a lighted podium, and the option of having your event streamed onto the Web. These cutting-edge features also make Bayside Pavilion as appropriate for corporate functions as it is for private parties.
Bayside Pavilion’s versatility is complemented by its sophisticated interior. Beautiful sconces adorn the warm gold walls, and the vaulted exposed-beam ceiling gives the room a touch of urban edginess. Windows and skylights let in plenty of natural light, while an antique-gold bar adds visual interest.
No event can be considered a success without delicious food, and Bayside Pavilion has teamed up with Patrick David’s Fine Catering & Event Planning to help you create the perfect menu. With years of experience at both their restaurant in Danville and their ever-growing catering business, these professionals will work with you to put together an event that fits your style and your budget.

Fees & Deposits
50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $500–2,800 depending on the date of the event. Meals start at $20/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. Security may be required.
