Fees & Deposits

A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Another portion is due 90 days prior to the event, and the balance is due 7 days prior. Rental fees range $500–1,000 depending on the space rented and food and beverage minimums. Meals range $26–55/person. Tax, alcohol and an 18% service charge are additional.
