Fees & Deposits
50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and is nonrefundable. The balance and a security deposit are due 90 days prior to the event.
Aaron’s offers 2 packages: the Wedding Package is $8,500 and includes: use of the Main Home, (7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, grounds with pool), for 3 nights; access to the Carriage House for up to 30 days prior to and during event. (2 bedrooms 1 bathroom). This package sleeps up to 23 persons and has a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There are also (2) dens with sleeper sofas in both the Main Home and the Carriage House. There is an additional $350 cleanup fee.
The Mid-Week Elopement Package is $1850 and includes a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium, which sleeps 4, at Napa Valley Resort at Silverado for up to 7 nights. Use of Aaron’s Vineyards for 2 hours, champagne toast, small cake, and a bridal bouquet of white roses along with a matching groom’s boutonniere.
