I have been in the industry since 1990. I attended New York Dietetics, New York Food and Hotel Management School also known as The Culinary Academy Of New York, and Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill Ca. I posses hotel, banquets, catering, restaurant, wedding & private chef experience. Coming from the East Coast I had to adjust rapidly to the West Coast style of cooking, I have fallen in love with California Cuisine and the infusion of Wine Country. I have held positions in several hotels, such as the Embassy Suites, The Lodge at Sonoma, The Carneros Inn, Renaissance Hotel, and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I continue to strive for perfection in every dish, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. My love and passion for cooking and food continues to grow, always searching for a new recipe to create. In a nutshell: I am a bit of a “Jill of All Trades”, seeking even more exposure to the Wedding Industry!
I have been an Executive Assistant for 13 years, so I know my way around any office, and almost any type of office technology, with my eyes closed. The Executive Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer I have been supporting for the past year has recently tendered his resignation, so I have found myself in a position where I’m seeking the next right opportunity. Weddings are my passion and I would love the opportunity to focus on them full-time.
I have been assisting another local Wedding Coordinator with her clients and events since last November, and I have also coordinated a half dozen or so weddings on my own. I would love the opportunity to work in a vendor office, for a venue or to support someone in the industry that is looking to grow their business. I am available either full or part-time.
I hold a BS in Business from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont and I have taken meeting planning and wedding courses via San Francisco State University’s College of Extended Learning. I am also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.

I have recently moved to the Northern California Region and for the past few months I have been working at the Menlo Circus Club as the Events and Catering Director while the current Director is out on Maternity Leave.
