Located in a residential historic district and within walking distance of downtown Oak Park, The Carleton has been a local landmark for more than 80 years. This boutique hotels features turn-of-the-century architecture as well as beautifully appointed guest rooms; a variety of event spaces for weddings, private parties and meetings; and on-site event coordinators to help you plan and personalize your celebration. Downtown Chicago is only 10 miles away via train (CTA and Metra Train stations are one block from the hotel), and attractions such as Frank Lloyd Wright’s Home & Studio and Hemingway’s Birth House are nearby.

Fees & Deposits

A $500–750 deposit and signed contract are required to book your date. Food and beverage minimums range $1,000–6,000. Wedding packages run $70–86/person. All prices are subject to a 20% service charge, 12% liquor tax and 9% sales tax.
