Fees & Deposits

A ceremony set-up fee of $1,500 is required for all wedding ceremonies at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. The hotel requires a $2,500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. 50% of the estimated total charges are due 6 months prior to the wedding, and the remainder of the balance is due 10 days before the wedding.
