1) Natural light, day or night: A 65 foot skylight allows the sunlight to filter in during the day. By night, your guests can enjoy the view of the sparkling stars.

2) Commitment to the environment: That same stylish skylight also means huge energy savings. The owners are passionate about sustainability, and want this message to be carried through the venue. Loft on Lake will also recycle everything from your wedding: food, flowers, balloons, etc. Rooftop solar panels are coming soon.

3) There’s a great photographer on-site: One of the owners, Steve Garrett, is a professional artistic photographer with 25 years in the industry under his belt. He’s more than happy to photograph your wedding at the Loft!

4) The work of local Chicago artists can be part of your wedding: Through the Loft’s network of Chicago Artists, couples can choose decorations from their collection to decorate their event. Create a theme and feel with beautiful, original artwork.

5) Lofty Wedding Packages: The Loft on Lake team has several predetermined packages for you to choose from, which include chairs, tables, linens, and coordination.

Capacity

Fees & Deposits

50% of the total cost is due at the time of reservation. A $500 deposit and full balance is due 5 days before the event.

Availability

Available day and night. Evening events must conclude by 2:00am. Live music must conclude by 12:00am.
