Why We Like This Place
The 12,000 square-foot Cheney Mansion was built in 1913 by Charles E. White Jr., who worked under the wing of Frank Lloyd Wright. It’s two acres of impeccably manicured grounds, coach house and greenhouse complete the historic estate and provide ample room for wedding parties. Ceremonies and receptions are more than welcome at the Mansion, with its several reception rooms, a bridal room and groom’s room, seven bathrooms, plenty of parking and the Mansion’s staff on hand to assist with your event.

Fees & Deposits
Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions range from $2,500 to $3,200 depending on the time of year of your event. A $1,500 non-refundable discount is required to hold your date.
