Fees & Deposits
Rental fees range from $5,500 to $8,000 depending on the day of the week and time of event. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the balance is required to secure your event date. The full rent plus a $1,500 deposit is due 6 months before the event.
Availability
Available year-round for evening celebrations starting at 5:30pm. Events must conclude by midnight. Please call for available dates.
