Services Offered

With a catchphrase like, “More fun than an open bar,” you KNOW you’re in for a good time with The Traveling Photo Booth. And this company knows what they’re doing—as America’s oldest photo booth rental franchise, they combine classic customer service and retro-inspired photo booths with state-of-the-art technology. Their photo booth is a real “booth” with an open-back design that fits from 2 to 8+ party guests. It prints out two photo strips at once so one goes home with your guests as a party favor, and the other is placed in your own photo strip guest book. In custom tones of black & white, color, sepia and Retro Colour™, these photos strips are also made available after your wedding—with free online downloads and the option to order more prints via their website!

Pricing starts around $900, but check for promotions running for some dates. Contact Jerry for all the pricing details, and be sure to ask about their fun add-ons, such as prop kits, custom branding, and even thank you cards.

Questions and Answers

What 3 words best describe your work?

Gorgeous. Timeless. Fun.

Why should someone hire you?

We bring passion. We pore over every detail of the photo booth experience, because the big day only happens once. We are in love with beautiful, hilarious pictures that last forever. We know our clients will still be looking at their photo strip guest book eighty years from now. We want them to be just as happy with the quality then as they are on their wedding day.

What are the common misconceptions about your services?

The biggest mistake people make is thinking all photo booths are the same. Unfortunately, you have to do your homework. For any company you're considering, make sure you know exactly what the booth looks like and request a sample photo strip so you can see the quality firsthand. The sample photo strip tells you just about everything you need to know about how much this company cares.

Tell us about a favorite, unusual or very interesting moment at a wedding:

My favorite moment at a wedding is when almost everyone has left and the bride is standing by herself peeking through her photo strip guest book for the first time. Seeing that giant, teary-eyed grin is what makes it all worthwhile for me.

What makes a wedding memorable for you?

For me, a wedding is memorable if it's creative and personal. The photo booth is one great way to make sure your guests have a great time and it creates this space where they can be themselves, create hilarious memories and go home with pictures of all of it.

What have weddings taught you?

The key to a good time (at a party) is creating a space where guests can totally forget themselves. They can let loose and have fun without feeling self-conscious. And whether you're at a party or not, that's a pretty important thing to do every once in a while.

What is the best advice you give a couple when planning their wedding?

Life is too short to stress out about your wedding. Save money on everything except the few splurges you just have to have. Those are the things that make your wedding unique, memorable and meaningful. If you're most excited about the person you're marrying (more than any other detail, besides the photo booth) your wedding day will be perfect no matter what. Mine was.

If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be?

It would have to be to fly so I could hone those upside-down photo booth poses.

Verified Reviews from Real Brides & Grooms

“First and foremost, the greatest asset of The Traveling Photo Booth is the team they have working for them. Everyone we spoke to in the planning process was extremely helpful, and the booth attendant at our reception was extremely friendly and outgoing while being an efficient and professional worker.”

Our guests had a blast! Even our wedding photographer jumped in the booth with us at the very end of the evening!”

“One major reason we chose them was that it was an actual photo booth and not a pop-up tent. We wanted the real deal.”

“My guests, my husband, and myself took TONS of hilarious photos. Looking through my guest book with all the photos is an entertaining experience (to say the least)!”

“They were very kind, helpful, and was willing to work with my budget. They went above and beyond, and that was something not every company was willing to do.”

“They returned every call and email promptly and answered every one of my million questions without making me feel like I was being a pain. They offered great advice without being pushy and respected my opinions and ideas as well.”

“We received a CD with digital negatives of all photos taken that evening and an event book where our guests could write personal messages next to their photos, as if it were a yearbook. The event book is such a great keepsake because it’s more fun reading your guests’ best wishes than a boring traditional guest book.”

“The booth was clean and quick to produce photos, so no long lines. The booth also didn’t take up a lot of room either, which was great.”

“The unique feature they offer is retro color photo prints. You can also pick the color finish you would like and then the booth user can select the one they want for their keepsake.”

“The attendant put all of the photo strips in the book for us and at the end of the evening we had a great keepsake. It was pretty awesome looking through the book while on the plane to our honeymoon.”

“They do a very personalized service. The Traveling Photo Booth is very professional, timely, and fun.”

“Their level of customer service, and the obvious passion to be a part of your day was what sold us.”
