Fees & Deposits

Rental fees, which range $1,500–2,000 for daytime events and $3,500–5,500 for evening events, vary depending on the day of the week and time of the event. Beverage minimums apply to evening and all weekend events and range $1,500–5,000, depending on the time of year and day of the week booked. Fees are based on a 4-hour event window plus a 2-hour setup and 1-hour breakdown. Additional hours are available for an extra charge. Rental rates include 1 security person on site. Events that have more than 50 guests or take place on certain days require additional security at renter’s expense.
