Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 60 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $700–1,950 for an 8 hour block, and prices vary depending on the day of the week. Additional hours may be added for $100/hour. There is a $500 refundable security deposit.
