A deposit of 25% of your food and beverage minimum and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The final balance is due 7 days prior to event. Facility rental fee is $1,000, and additional hours may be purchased for a $150 site fee, plus an additional $750 food and beverage minimum. The ceremony fee is $1,200. Buffets range $40–60/person and plated meals range $45–70/person. Tax, alcohol and a service charge are additional.
