Why We Like This Place

  • Inspired by the famous French Market in New Orleans, this bustling Southside restaurant is charming throughout. Located in a renovated 1905 hardware store, it features whimsical wrought-iron work, cheerful awnings, and much of the building’s original brick and wood—the owners even repurposed the floorboards to create oversized farm tables.
  • The Courtyard Room, accessed through a private entrance, has large windows, and a high ceiling hung with chandeliers and fans. French doors open onto the Courtyard Garden, with its fragrant flowering plants and inviting brick fireplace. The stylish Nantucket Room and Back Porch are available to host more intimate, semi-private events.
  • You can create a custom reception dinner from a wonderful Southern-meets-French menu, with creative twists on classic comfort dishes like Lemon Thyme Fried Chicken with Andouille White Pepper Gravy or Cherries Jubilee Bread Pudding.
