Fees & Deposits

The full rental fee is due with a signed contract to reserve your event date. 50% of the beverage and service charge is due 30 days prior and the balance is due 8 days prior to the event. A $1,500 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees start at $2,500 for events on Sunday–Thursday, $3,000 for Fridays and $4,000 for Saturdays. Saturday evening events will also incur a $3,000 beverage minimum. Fees are based on 4 hours of event time and 4 hours of load in/out time. Additional time is available at $400/hour. The ceremony fee is $750 and includes an extra hour of event time, use of the bridal changing room, and a 1-hour rehearsal the day before your event.
