Fees & Deposits

The full ballroom rental fee plus a signed contract is required to reserve your date. 50% of all beverage and service charges is due 6 months prior to your event date; the balance is due 5 working days prior, along with a $1,500 refundable security deposit. Rental fees range $1,500–3,500 for Sunday and Friday events, and $1,500–4,500 (plus a beverage minimum) for Saturdays. The rental includes tables and chairs. A ceremony may be added in the same ballroom for an additional $1,000. There is a $1,000 room rental discount if The Biltmore’s preferred caterer, Bold American Events, is used (minimums apply).
