Fees & Deposits

The nonrefundable facility fee and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. A $1,500 refundable security deposit, along with the beverage and service fees, is due 30 days prior. The facility fee ranges $3,000–4,500 depending on the day of the event. The fee covers 4 hours of event time and 4 hours of load in/out time. Additional time is available at $400/hour. The ceremony fee is $1,000 and includes an extra hour of event time, and a 1-hour rehearsal. There is a $1,000 room rental discount if Summerour Studio’s preferred caterer, Bold American Events, is used (minimums apply). Tax, alcohol and a 22% service charge are additional.
