Fees & Deposits

50% of the total rental fee is the nonrefundable deposit required to reserve your date. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $85–150/hour (depending on the room rented) for weekday rentals from 9am–5pm; $1,000 for weekday evenings after 4pm; $2,000 for Friday evenings after 4pm; $3,200 for Saturdays; and $1,700 for Sundays. Evening and weekend events have an 8-hour maximum, including time for setup and cleanup. Additional time is $325/hour. There is a 4-hour minimum for weekday daytime rentals. You may select a caterer from their preferred list, or bring in an off-list licensed and insured caterer for a $1,000 fee. Renters may not bring in their own food.

Availability

Year-round, daily. Daytime rentals Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm. No daytime rentals available on Fridays.
