Fees & Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the event total along with a signed contract is required to secure your date. Another 25% is due 3 months prior to the event, and the balance is due 3 weeks prior. Each wedding has exclusive use of the property for the day, and comes with 11 hours of service from the in-house Wedding Director. The rental fee is $100/hour if your ceremony is held at the venue, and $150/hour for a reception only. Additional time is $395/hour and includes the Wedding Director’s services. Year-round, daily; Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:30pm–11:30pm, weekdays also available.
