Fees & Deposits

The full rental fee and signed contract are required to reserve your date. All other charges, including a $500 refundable damage deposit, beverage service, furniture, and any additional services, are due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $550–7,000 depending on the area chosen, day of the week, and time of the event. There is a $3,000 beverage service minimum for rentals on Saturdays, Sundays before holidays, and Fridays in December. That minimum increases to $10,000 for New Year’s Eve and any other holiday when the History Center is normally closed.
