The rental fee for daytime garden ceremonies for up to 25 guests is $1,500. Each additional guest (up to 50) is $25/person. A 7% sales tax is extra.
For evening rentals, a $5,000 nonrefundable deposit and $2,500 refundable security deposit are required to secure your date and are due two weeks after your event date is approved. The rental fee for up to 125 guests ranges $7,500–12,500 depending on the day of the event and time of year. The cost for additional guests is as follows: 126–500 guests, $25/person; 501–1,000 guests, $35/person. The rental fee covers 4.5 hours; additional hours may be arranged at $1,500/hour. Sales tax is extra.
