Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee is due upon contract signing and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is also due 2 weeks prior, available for refund within 21 days. Rental fees range $4,000–6,700 depending on the time of year and the space rented. Rental of the Yearling Barn is $4,000 and includes the adjacent grass courtyard and prep kitchen and 2 restrooms, and is available for Rehearsal Dinners the day/evening prior to your wedding. Rental of the Stallion Barn is $6,700 and includes the surrounding pastures and lawns, 16 banquet tables, bar tables and chairs in the Breeding Stall Bar, 2 prep kitchens, open kitchen area, 2 restrooms and a stage. All rentals also include a Windfall Farms representative on site the day of the wedding, parking and security.

For an additional fee, accommodations are available on site for up to 18 people in either the luxurious Owner’s Residence or the Ranch House.

Cleaning, catering, hay tours, horseback riding, driving service, spa and massage treatments, hot air balloon ride, set up and tear down services are available upon request.
