Why We Like This Place

Wild Coyote Bed and Breakfast puts a New Mexico spin on vacationing in the Central Coast wine country. Inspired by the Taos Esthetic, this beautiful adobe-style getaway features five casitas set into the mountainside. Each one has its own veranda and fireplace, and enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding canyon, orchards, mountains and vineyard. Every grapevine on the property was hand-planted by owner Gianni Manucci, a sculptor, painter, former architect and winemaker who designed the estate. Fresh flowers, a complimentary bottle of wine and room-service breakfast only add to the pleasure of staying here.
