So far, we’ve offered you tons of tips on how to incorporate environmentally friendly practices into your wedding. Here’s one more for your list: serve organic wine and champagne. If you haven’t thought about the wine and champagne you’ll be pouring into your guests’ biodegradeable/reusable/recyclable glasses, take a look at Domaine Carneros’ sparkling wines.
Domaine Carneros made the decision to farm sustainably when they opened over two decades ago, so it was only natural that they began moving toward being a completely organically farmed winery. They also happen to have the first sparkling wine to be certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers (as of April 2008).
If you want to do more than just pour their delicious sparkling wines at your next event, you can book your rehearsal dinner at the winery. Or, take it one step further and create 24 bottles of your own customized blend during a private session!

I was totally unaware of this! Now I can actually be more organic and green when I’m partying!
My cousin recently (3 months ago) had organic wine and champagne at his wedding. He has really been into ‘going green’ over the past several years and wanted to contribute something with his wedding. It turned out to be a smash hit, everyone loved the idea and taste. Thanks for the links and material.

Totally agree! Domain Carneros is one of my favorites even with no wedding going on :)
