Set in the oak-clad hills of Sausalito just across the Golden Gate Bridge, this historic church has occupied its enviable location overlooking San Francisco Bay for more than a hundred years. And for almost as long, it’s been a very special place to exchange vows. People of all faiths, nationalities, and sexual orientation are welcome. “The church is at its best when it creates an environment in which people can see others’ humanity,” said Rev. Paul Mowry, the first openly gay pastor at Sausalito Presbyterian Church.
